Individual therapy

Life Transitions and Adjustment

New chapters can feel exciting,
disorienting, or both. Whether it’s a
move, breakup, diagnosis, or “what
now?” moment, therapy can help
you find your footing and figure
out what’s next.

Anxiety & Depression

When your thoughts won’t quiet
down or your energy just isn’t there,
it can feel isolating. We’ll work together
to understand what’s beneath it
and build ways to move through it
with a little more ease.

Trauma and Resilience

You don’t have to carry what
happened alone. Whether it’s PTSD,
medical trauma, or something you
haven’t named yet, this space is
about healing safely and at your
own pace.

Living with Illness or Pain

Adjusting to a new diagnosis or
managing a chronic condition can
change everything — your body,
identity, and relationships. Therapy
can help you navigate those layers
with compassion and strength.

Veterans and First Responders

Life after service can bring
challenges that others don’t always
understand. Together, we’ll process
the impact of your experiences and
build strategies to move forward
with strength.

Self-Esteem & Personal Growth

Self-doubt is loud. Together, we’ll
quiet that inner critic, explore where
those messages came from, and
start to build a more grounded,
honest relationship with yourself.

  • My approach is grounded in compassion, connection, and a healthy dose of humor. I believe growth happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self. You can curse, laugh, cry, or sit in silence. There’s no “right way” to do this. Sessions are collaborative and paced around what you need most. Sometimes that means digging into hard feelings; other times it’s about finding moments of relief or perspective. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and empowered to make meaningful change.

  • Outside of therapy, life is full in the best kind of way. I’m married, have two little girls who keep me on my toes, and a Sheepadoodle named Scooter who thinks he runs the house. I love spending time with my family, cooking, baking, and wandering the aisles of Trader Joe’s like it’s an adventure. When I get a rare quiet moment, I’m usually listening to a true crime or pop culture podcast, or watching reality TV that’s so bad it’s good (we all have our thing).

No filters, no pressure, just space to be yourself.

No filters, no pressure, just space to be yourself.

At 21, I was diagnosed with cancer, and my world shifted overnight. Treatment ended, but figuring out how to live again — how to make sense of what happened and find my footing — took much longer. I remember the mix of hope, fear, and uncertainty that comes with trying to piece life back together after something life-changing.

That experience shaped everything about how I show up as a therapist. It taught me what it means to hold space for pain and still look for meaning, humor, and connection. Becoming a social worker felt like a natural next step — a way to walk alongside others as they navigate their own challenges, losses, and turning points.

If you’re in a place where things feel different than you expected — where you’re trying to rebuild, redefine, or just get through the day — you don’t have to do it alone. I believe in the possibility of healing, even when it’s messy and uncertain.

It’s not always easy, but when you put in the work, therapy can help you to better understand yourself, break old patterns, and start feeling more like you.
